Welcome to Tripfieber. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tripfieber.

1. The service

Tripfieber is a mobile application. These Terms govern your access to and use of the app and any related services we provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Tripfieber. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for activity that happens under it.

3. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you and anyone you choose to share it with. You're responsible for the content you provide and for having the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Tripfieber for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• Don't upload content that infringes others' rights or violates their privacy.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app.

Some information shown in the app may come from third-party sources and is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it; please verify anything important independently.

Tripfieber is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripfieber is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

You can stop using Tripfieber and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and note significant changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
